Treme Fall Festival
Celebrate one of New Orleans’ most historic neighborhoods
A historic neighborhood renown for its African-American and Creole heritage, Tremé in New Orleans is vibrant and culturally rich. (It’s home to important destinations like the New Orleans African-American Museum (NOAMM), Backstreet Cultural Museum, and Congo Square). And to celebrate its history, the annual Tremé Fall Festival will be held October 5th through 7th at St. Augustine Catholic Church. The family-friendly, three-day event is free to the public (but donations are encouraged), and will feature an exciting lineup of entertainment (including Kermit Ruffins and the BBQ Swingers) and tantalizing cuisine from some of the Big Easy’s top food trucks and restaurants.
