St. Patrick’s Sangria

On Sunday, March 17th, people across the country will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. Whether you’re Irish, or simply enjoy the revelry, Destination Hotels is making it more than easy to get into an especially festive mood on  one of the most beloved days of the year. Seattle’s Hotel Motif’s rooftop hot spot, Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails, will be turning out whimsical, Irish-inspired brunch of Lucky Charm pancakes, duck confit with Guinness Beer cheese, and soda bread muffins with Jameson honey butter.

Meanwhile, The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill will be hosting its popular afternoon tea – but with a uniquely Irish twist from March 14th through 17th. (Reservations are a must, so call at least 48 hours in advance.) And if kicking back at home with a well-crafted cocktail is more your style, The Fitz Bar & Restaurant at Manor Vail Lodge has shared the recipe for its positively pretty Sparkling Green Sangria Recipe below.
