Park City Isn’t Just For Skiiers

Why visiting in the summer and fall is a smart idea

Park City might be most famous for being a winter wonderland, but since visiting during peak ski season can be breathlessly high, here’s a travel tip: it makes for an equally thrilling visit the rest of the year, especially in summer and fall. And why? For starters: prices at the area’s top hotels, like Newpark Resort & Hotel, dip. The climate is blissfully and comfortably moderate. The touristy crowds thin out – making exploring restaurants and local businesses a breeze – and there’s still plenty of ways to take advantage of the great outdoors (no snow or skis necessary).
