Michelin-starred chef Brandon Sharp continues to dazzle diners 

Since taking over culinary duties at Crossroads, Carolina Inn’s celebrated restaurant, Michelin-starred chef Brandon Sharp has elevated and refined the menu to acclaim. And recently, he introduced two more dishes to love, an heirloom tomato salad and a fried chicken sandwich. The colorful salad stars juicy, sweet tomatoes from Plowgirl Farms. “We are using these local heirloom tomatoes at the peak of the season. They’re brought to us fresh and never refrigerated,” says Sharp. Sharp also believes the cheekily named Whole Truth Chicken Sandwich “will be everyone’s favorite. It’s served with house-pickled green tomatoes, and sauced with our homemade hot wing sauce.”
