L’Auberge Del Mar Unveils New Wines

Sip something new and different this fall

L’Auberge Del Mar has been a longtime destination for elegant food and drink. But now, with the recent unveiling of its fall wine program of 40 new wines, there’s even more delicious reasons to visit. Noteworthy additions to the wine by the glass offerings include St. Hillaire, the world’s oldest sparkling wine and Llama Malbec, a historic Argentinian winery whose sole water source is melting snow from the Andes. Bottle wise, guests can now sip on beloved Californian whites (think Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc and Truchard Chardonnay) and Grange des Peres, a rare and coveted French wine with a cult like following.
