Lake Tahoe’s dining scene just got more delicious
On May 24th during Memorial Day Weekend (and just in time for summer in Lake Tahoe), Montagna at The Resort at Squaw Creek will reopen its doors – with a fresh new look, talented new chef, and enticing new menu. Executive Chef Patrick Cleary will be showcasing the very best of local produce (including vegetables grown at the resort’s on-site hydroponic garden) in his diverse menu of contemporary Italian cuisine. From handmade pastas to pristine seafood – much of which will be finished in the Montagna’s wood-fired oven – to the signature molto grande meatball, there’s something delicious for everyone to tuck into.
