Recently, The Embassy Row Hotel’s signature restaurant, Station Kitchen & Cocktails, unveiled The Embassy Row Experience. It’s a special food and drink menu that changes every month, and is inspired by the international embassies from naturally, Embassy Row. For example: this month, Mexico will be spotlighted with Mexican shrimp wrapped in avocado, cilantro, and a corn tortilla. In October, Germany and Oktoberfest will be celebrated with brats in a blanket. (Imagine a bratwurst tucked into a soft pretzel, and topped with sauerkraut and spicy mustard. A portion of the proceeds from The Embassy Row Experience menu will be donated to the nonprofit group So Others Might Eat (SOME).
