Kitchen West Heats Things Up
There’s plenty of new dishes to dig into
Executive chef Rick Dupere of The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch’s signature restaurant, Kitchen West, is shaking things up in the new year with some terrific new fine dining creations in Scottsdale, AZ. Dig into hearty plates like the roasted squash, brussels sprouts, and pork belly, which arrives with a zippy tarragon lemon dipping sauce. If your appetite is on the lighter side, order up the farmer’s vegetable salad, which blends organic greens, locally-farmed Crooked Sky Farm vegetables, and a creamy herb vinaigrette. But don’t worry, beloved mainstays like the Traditional Burger and Copper City Bourbon Sea Scallops are still on the menu.
