A Recipe for National Tequila Day
A spicy spin on a classic cocktail
On July 24th, the country will be celebrating one of its favorite spirits: tequila. Made from the blue agave plant, tequila was named after the small town of Tequila, located in a valley west of Jalisco, Mexico. Not only is it delicious (and potent) on its own, it’s equally terrific in a cocktail.
And to shake things up (literally), the talented bar team from Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails at Motif Seattle has shared their recipe for their popular Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita. It’s a spin on the beloved classic cocktail, offering an addictive punch of lip-smacking sweet and heat.
Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita Recipe
2 oz infused cucumber and jalapeño-infused el Jimador Tequila
