Peach Sangria

A cold sparkling cocktail is the perfect way to end a summer day, and The Carolina know a thing or two about crafting the perfect pitcher to sip on a front porch. If you're lucky enough to be spending your summer in Chapel Hill, North Carolina - we highly recommend stopping by The Carolina Inn, situated right in the heart of Downtown Chapel Hill on the University of North Carolina campus for a glass of this sangria in person. If not, here's everything you need to know to make this cocktail at home: 

Carolina Inn Peach Sangria
Yields: 1 Pitcher

Ingredients:
12 oz. Peach Juice
12 oz. White Grape Juice
4 oz. Peach Schnapps
2 oz. Peach Vodka  
½  Bottle Cava ( Spanish Sparkling Wine)

Garnish:
2 Peaches - Diced
10 Sprigs of Mint 

Method:
Fill pitcher ½ full with ice and add your liquids, ½  of the diced peaches, ½ the mint sprigs and stir. Place ice and remaining diced peaches in 4 glasses, add Sangria, garish with mint and enjoy!
