Caramel Toddy Recipe

What’s warm, sweet, and spirited, and will warm you inside and out? The popular Caramel Toddy from Carson’s American Kitchen & Twisted River Tavern at Sunriver Resort, that’s what! Below, the easy-to-follow recipe for a drink that’s like having a cocktail and dessert in one glass.
2 tbsps. caramel sauce
1 ½ oz. Irish Cream
1/2 oz. DeKuyper Buttershots Schnapps
1 cup of hot chocolate
1. Warm the mug with hot water for approximately two minutes, and pour water out.
2. Rim the mug with the caramel sauce.
3. Add the Irish Cream and Butter shots. Pour in the hot chocolate.
4. Top with whipped cream, then drizzle with caramel sauce and finish with a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!
