When Chris Bianco began making pizza in back of a humble grocery store in downtown Phoenix over 25 years ago, little did he know Pizzeria Bianco would eventually become one most respected pizza restaurants in the country. Since day one, he’s enlisted the same approach to his pies by using the best ingredients (including San Marzano tomatoes and fermented dough) and keeping his menu lean. In short: his wood-fired Neapolitan pies are nothing short of perfection.
