Starter: Fresh Figs, Filled with Thyme Maytag Blue Cheese Mousse, Pomegranate Balsamic Glaze.
Salad: Mesclun Greens, Dried Cherries & Apricots, Shredded Carrots, Red Wine Vinaigrette.
