One of the newest properties to join the Destination collection is Suncadia which opened this past summer. Ideally situated on the eastern slopes of the Cascades near Cle Elum, Wash., the resort offers the perfect setting for meetings of any size. Groups who book 10 rooms or more per night are eligible to choose one of the following special incentives - up to 20 rooms upgraded to one bedroom suites at the group rate, 10 percent off food and beverage or 3 percent off of the master bill. In honor of the 75th anniversary of the historic DuBose House at the Rizzo Conference Center, located just miles from the storied University of North Carolina campus, the property is offering a complimentary champagne reception so that all groups can join in the celebration. Groups that book 10 or more complete meeting packages per night receive a complimentary pre- or post-dinner champagne reception, including hors d'oeuvres, to be held on the evening of arrival. Resort at Squaw Creek in North Lake Tahoe, Calif. offers a variety of meeting set ups for intimate and large group programs. For the more intimate group, the property is offering meetings with 10-99 peak room nights the choice of a $25 property gift card or a $25 gas card. Groups of 100-199 peak room nights can choose two special incentives which include the $25 gift card, $25 gas card, $50 roundtrip airport transfers, a complimentary golf tournament or a complimentary one-hour welcome reception. Groups of 200 or more peak room nights can choose three incentives from the same list. The gift and gas cards are per room, per stay, based on the peak night of the room block.
