Destination Hotels & Resorts Hires Eva Pacheco as New Director of Human Resources for Miramonte Resort & Spa

Indian Wells, Calif. – Oct. 12, 2006 – Eva Pacheco has been named director of human resources at the Miramonte Resort & Spa, a Destination Hotels & Resorts property. In her new position, Pacheco will solidify a dynamic team by filling open positions with highly talented individuals, while working closely with the management team to nurture Miramonte’s one-of-a-kind corporate culture. With nearly 10 years of human resources experience, Pacheco has the skills for success in her new role.

Prior to her arrival at Miramonte Resort & Spa, Pacheco was the director of human resources at The Lodge at Rancho Mirage and lead the property’s transition from a Ritz-Carlton to the Lodge at Rancho Mirage with minimal turnover. Previous to the property transition, Pacheco served as the human resources manager for The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage where she oversaw all aspects of the employment process including recruitment, screening, interviewing, ensuring proper record keeping, and coordination of the Workman’s Compensation Insurance Program.
