Built in 1963 by the late hotelier Marshall Coyne, The Madison offers 353 guest rooms, 13 suites and 14,000 square feet of event space. When it first opened, The Madison was credited with introducing a true luxury hotel experience to the nation’s capital. The property has hosted prominent politicians, world leaders and dignitaries, including every U.S. president since John F. Kennedy. The Madison is located within blocks of the White House, Embassy Row and the National Mall, making it a convenient option for leisure and business travelers, as well as group and meeting programs. With more than 14,000 square feet of event space, The Madison provides a great option for corporate and executive meetings. The hotel’s innovative meeting programs and exemplary services have earned numerous industry awards including Successful Meetings’ “Pinnacle Award” and the “Gold Key Award” from M&C.

The company also added The Wigwam in Phoenix to its collection and recently completed a multi-million dollar restoration of the property. The Wigwam features 331 rooms and 72 suites on more than 440 acres of lush green grass with winding walkways lined with vibrant floral landscaping.  The authentic Arizona resort offers amenities such as the AAA Four Diamond-rated Red’s Steakhouse, a Signature Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa and the regions only 54 holes of on-site resort championship golf. The property is an ideal Arizona conference center for meetings that are both well-run and well-remembered. The property features more than 100,000 square feet of beautiful, comprehensive facilities. Sophisticated indoor meeting facilities include the 10,800-square-foot Wigwam Ballroom and 25 separate meeting rooms, a business center with wireless high-speed Internet and audio/visual specialists. Our recent renovation added several new outdoor spaces, including private, intimate gardens, an al fresco terrace adjacent to our new pool and a grand lawn featuring new lighting and staging areas to accommodate groups of up to 1,000 people. Wireless Internet service is available throughout the resort.

Properties such as The Gant in Aspen, Colo. and Manor Vail in Colorado provide the perfect mountain retreat with the comforts, privacy and space found in a condominium.

Groups in search of a cosmopolitan city setting for their meeting may choose from hotels in Tampa, Washington, D.C., Dallas, Austin and Phoenix.  These locations couple urban vitality and rich history with convenient location and state-of-the-art technological amenities. Properties include Embassy Suites Hotel at the Chevy Chase Pavilion in Washington, D.C., InterContinental Tampa in Florida, Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center in Phoenix, Tarrytown House Estate and Conference Center in New York and The Driskill in Austin.

With a combination of natural beauty and unparalleled recreational amenities, guests will find an exceptional meeting experience at these resorts. Properties such as Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe offers an amazing setting amidst the picturesque Sangre de Cristo Mountains. However, after meetings and group functions, both areas offer a selection of challenging golf courses to test their swing. Other great meetings destinations that also are known for their exemplary golf experiences include Sunriver Resort in Oregon and Wild Dunes Resort in South Carolina.

Visiting a luxurious spa is another wonderful addition to meeting locations and Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz. offers the best of both worlds with 9,300 square feet of interior meeting space and 11,370 square feet of beautifully laid out patios amidst lush lawns and gardens. This quaint setting also sets the stage for the Alvadora Spa, with its enchanting pathways and private gardens. The award-winning spa incorporates indigenous herbs, flowers, oils and minerals throughout its menu of relaxing treatments to provide an escape for meeting attendees.
