Spa Policies

Scheduling
Our Spa Concierge have been trained with you in mind. Each conversation will be customized based on your goals and end results. Our spa concierge will ask a few targeted questions and recommend services that will create your ideal spa experience.

No Show Policy
It is our policy that you call 24 hours prior to cancelling your spa appointment. If you do not call and do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service scheduled per treatment that was ‘no showed'.  We do understand that emergencies occur and we will be compassionate about those circumstances.

Age Guidelines
Services are available for youths (ages 7-17) with parental supervision and/or written release. Adaptations can be made in our Authentic Manicure and Pedicure service offerings.

Alcohol
Several of our services include the offering of champagne or chardonnay as part of the experience. We request that no more than one alcoholic beverage is consumed on spa property. It must also be consumed at the completion of all spa services. This will ensure optimal results for the spa treatment as well as proper safety for all.

Gratuity
20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all services.
