Culinary Overview

Headed by Chef Fabrice Beaudoin, Meadows at the Lodge in Sunriver is a casual restaurant reminiscent of a traditional Pacific Northwest lodge. Meadows serves guests dishes using local, organic ingredients, seasonal produce and sustainable seafood for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Diners at Meadows Restaurant can start off with an organic tomato salad or cup of Pacific Northwest Seafood Chowder or a Dungeness crab salad. Meadows’ close proximity to the Deschutes River allows the restaurant’s culinary team to incorporate the freshest, sustainable seafood into the daily menu. Entrée selections include roasted salmon and sea bass as well as certified Angus Beef tenderloin filets.

Meadows Restaurant offers families an extensive children’s menu and kid’s only station during morning brunches. Whether enjoying brunch or dinner at Meadows Restaurant, families can savor the lodge views and home style cuisine.
