The Cascade Room at Skamania Lodge is a lofty dining room representative of traditional mountain lodges. The dining room overlooks the Columbia River Gorge and features an open, wood-fire oven. Finished with an original, antique wood floor, the Cascade Room creates a sense of place for diners.

Serving regional, award-winning cuisine, the Cascade Room’s special selections of salmon, smoked pork loin and Washington beef populate the menu which impresses even the most discerning palates. Headed by Executive Chef James Boheim, the Cascade Room features dishes with farm fresh ingredients and a large selection of regional wines.
