The Vail Cascade is Vail's only ski-in, ski-out, AAA Four-Diamond ski mountain resort. With a full spa, award winning dining, and all of the outdoor activities available in the surrounding Vail area, Vail Cascade is truly a year-round vacation destination.
SKI SLOPE INFORMATION
Vail Mountain
- Front Side - More than 1,600 acres of terrain ideal for newer skiers.
- Back Bowls - More than 3,000 acres of the most difficult, powdery terrain.
- Blue Sky Basin - Offers gladed skiing, with nearly half ideal for intermediate skiers.
- Open mid-November through mid-April
- Hours - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. closes 4 p.m. in early February.
- Base Elevation - 8,120 feet / 2,476 meters
- Peak Elevation - 11,570 feet / 3,527 meters
- Vertical Rise - 3,450 feet / 1,052 meters
