This technique is a traditional Japanese hands-on therapy. Shiatsu refers
to the use of one's fingers and palms to apply pressure to particular areas
of the body for the purpose of correcting imbalances of the body, and for
the maintenance and promotion of health. Loose, comfortable clothing is
recommended for this treatment.

This is a massage of pressure points on hands and feet using both thumb
