Reservations and Cancellations
To ensure the greatest availability, please call the spa in advance to reserve your services. L'Auberge will ask for a credit card to secure all spa reservations. Please notify the resort at least 24 hours in advance if changes need to be made to your treatment or appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full price of the treatment.

Arrival
Please give yourself enough time to relax and unwind prior to your
spa service. Hotel guests may wish to arrive comfortably in your guest
room robe.
