Olympic Sports Massage

Ideal for sore or fatigued muscles, the sport massage helps flush any impurities, stretches tight muscles and uses techniques such as compression, cross fiber, and friction to aid in a speedy recovery or in preparation of activities. This is a medium pressure massage recommended right before or after physical exertion.
