Golf Properties
Destination Hotels & Resorts manages more than 10 golf properties that range from high-altitude courses with panoramic views of mountain peaks to ocean courses providing unique water hazards to golfers. The names of famed golfers and golf architects who have designed these courses are endless - Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Tom Fazio, Michael Hurdzan and Jack Nicklaus to name a few. Properties in the Destination golf collection include The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center, Resort at Squaw Creek, Sunriver Resort, Wild Dunes Resort, Stowe Mountain Lodge, Suncadia Resort, Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa, and Skamania Lodge. In 2009, Terranea added a unique 9-hole Todd Eckenrode-designed par three golf course to the Destination portfolio of golf experiences.
Spa Properties
The spas found in the Destination collection are as distinctive as the company itself. Each offers truly unique experiences, whether reflecting the beauty of the natural surroundings or incorporating local history and culture. From treatments that use indigenous ingredients to medi-spas, there is a vast range of experiences to discover. Spa properties include Inn and Spa at Loretto, L'Auberge Del Mar, Royal Palms Resort and Spa, Resort at Squaw Creek, Sunriver Resort, Vail Cascade, Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, Miramonte Resort & Spa, Skamania Lodge, The Shores Resort & Spa, Suncadia Resort, Stowe Mountain Lodge, Wild Dunes, Hotel ICON and The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center. Mountain Properties
With its roots dating back to the opening of The Gant in Aspen, Colo., Destination Hotels & Resorts is firmly entrenched in world-class mountain resorts. The company offers eight distinctive resort and condominium selections at top mountain destinations throughout the United States. Many properties sit at the base of the premier ski and snowboard areas in the country - Aspen, Snowmass, Squaw Valley USA, Telluride and Vail. Destination mountain properties found in the Rocky Mountain region are part of the Mountain Collection and can be found at www.destinationrockies.com. The Mountain Collection includes Destination Resorts Snowmass, Destination Resorts Vail, The Gant, Mountain Lodge at Telluride, The Stonebridge Inn, Inn and Spa at Loretto, Vail Cascade, Resort at Squaw Creek in Lake Tahoe and Sunriver Resort in Oregon that provides lodging for nearby Mount Bachelor. The newest property to join the Destination mountain collection is Stowe Mountain Lodge in Vermont which opened in June 2008.
Beach Properties
From elevation to sea level, Destination Hotels & Resorts also offers a selection of beach properties where guests can enjoy the relaxing sound of the ocean. Wild Dunes in South Carolina and The Shores Resort & Spa in Florida offer guests an east coast option for a beach getaway. Both are situated along the Atlantic Ocean offering a variety of activities for the whole family. Destination Resorts Hawaii and Wailea Beach Villas offer vacationers the best of Maui with the largest selection of residential vacation options in Wailea and Makena. Destination's Hawaii properties offer panoramic views of the Pacific or beachside access to ocean waters.

Historic Properties
Destination has a proven track record in preserving and honoring the traditions of historic properties from the Hotel ICON in Houston which used to be an historic bank building to The Driskill in Austin, Texas which vies for the title of oldest building in the state. Other historic gems in the Destination collection include Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Tarrytown House Estate & Conference Center in New York and the company recently added the charming Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, N.C. to its portfolio of properties.

Destination is a subsidiary of the Lowe Hospitality Group, which is owned by Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a real estate investment, management and development firm headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif.
Development
Destination Hotels & Resorts works in conjunction with its affiliate Lowe Destination Development Company to identify future opportunities for the Lowe Hospitality Group. LDD, also a subsidiary of LHG, is responsible for the development of LHG hospitality projects including both hotels and resort communities. Recently completed hotel projects include The Village at Wild Dunes, Stowe Mountain Lodge and Suncadia Resort. All LDD hospitality projects are managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts upon completion.
