Wanted to share a note on what great employees this resort has! They are all kind and helpful - especially Jeremy Gessel! All employees I met were happy to work there and their attitude toward the hotel guests reflected this. Some resorts/hotels don't care about the happiness of their guests - this resort's employees go above and beyond the expected and are great assets to their employer. Something to keep in mind as future guests - you will be taken care of by people who care!
