Successfull Wintersköl Weekend!
As we wrap another great wintersköl weekend celebration, we would like to congratulate Chef Clark Church of Garnish Cafe at the Aspen Club & Spa, for winning his fourth straight Soupsköl title, although we were a little impartial to our very own Chef Chad Keran's roasted tomato and artichoke bisque with Thai purple basil and lump blue crab.Congrats to all that took part in Soupsköl! The weekend was also capped off by a canine fashion show, beautiful snow sculptures and an exceptional fireworks display on Aspen mountain. All-in-all another fantastic "Toast to Winter" event! Can't wait for next year, get to work on your soup recipes!
