Destination Hotels & Resorts recently created a Meeting Planner’s Toolkit online that provides useful resources and tools to help find the perfect hotel for your meeting needs. This helpful toolkit contains snapshot overviews and fact sheets of our entire meeting collection. It is a great starting point to plan your next unforgettable event!
The Meetings Overview is a great resource for an up-to-date list on all the properties of Destination Hotels & Resorts. Each hotel is listed to include key meeting information such as location, total guestroom count and size of function room. For your convenience, the Meetings Overview also contains links to each of the hotel's website.
For those lucky participants on incentive trips or who have free time to take advantage of all of the hotels' offerings, the Amenity Overview is a great quick reference for the available fun activities on property such as such as golf courses, spa treatment rooms, tennis courts, pools and hotel tubs. It also contains key information for planners such as parking and shuttle service information.
Lastly, once your search has been narrowed down to a couple of hotels, the Property Fact Sheets can provide even further details in one place which is also easy to print. All fact sheets are uniform across our properties. The first page contains pictures and a brief snapshot of the property. The second page contains key information on the property such as guestroom type breakdown, amenity overview and capacity charts.
